Success!
As anticipated, this year's Fireworks Fiesta was a huge success with a record crowd and a huge amount raised for local charities. Feedback from those who attended has been excellent and this article describes the event in more details and in pictures.

Fireworks Update
Record advance ticket sales for this year's Round Table St Loyes Firework display mean that the event is set to be the biggest ever held in Exeter.
In addition to the normal spectacular fireworks, this year's event will feature pre-fireworks entertainment from Gemini FM, Light and Dancing Flame displays with a larger funfair and refreshment facilities to cater for the anticipated increase in crowds. Another exciting innovation this year is that everyone attending will have the chance to enter a draw to start the firework display.
Chairman of Exeter Round Table, Andrew Merrick, said "We are delighted that sales have gone so well. There will be plenty of tickets available on the night, but we would encourage people to buy discounted tickets in advance to save money and reduce time queuing to enter the display ground"
As part of the evening's events Round Table will be presenting a cheque for £500 to Danny McCarthy to support the Christmas Banquet that he is organising for Exeter's homeless on December 1st. Danny has been a long-term stalwart of our display, helping out for more years than anyone can remember – we know he is someone who has benefited from the services that St Loyes offer and it is particularly fitting that we can repay Danny for all his support of our display in this very direct way.

Charity Fireworks Fiesta
Exeter Round Table are delighted that, due to the generosity and co-operation of Urban Renaissance Villages (who are re-developing the St Loyes site), they are able to hold one final firework display at the Topsham Road venue.
